Ingredients:

1 (8-ounce) carton fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper



Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill 1 hour.

2. Serve with assorted raw fresh vegetables, whole wheat Melba toast rounds, or reduced-carb chips (vegetables, toast rounds, and chips not included in analysis).

Makes 1 Cup (Serving Size 1 Tablespoon)
