1/2 cup half and half
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup ham cooked and chopped
1/4 cup green pepper chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion finely chopped
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and cream until light and fluffy. Stir in the cheese, ham, green
pepper and onion.
2. Pour into a greased 9” square baking dish.
3. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown
